Gospel Outreach sponsors more than 2,000 local evangelists. They can then reach their own people with the story of Jesus and His love.

To help fulfill His commission, Gospel Outreach has chosen to focus its efforts primarily in the 10/40 Window. It’s possible that the need here is greater than anywhere else in the world. TWO BILLION people in this region have never heard of Jesus. It’s a region filled with complexities and challenges:
- Foreign missionaries aren’t allowed in up to 80 percent of the area.
- Many of the countries have multiple languages and numerous dialects.
- The majority of the people live below poverty level.
- Millions and millions are uneducated. They can’t read or write.
However, for nearly two decades—with God’s blessing—Gospel Outreach has been sharing the love of Jesus in the 10/40 Window. More than 600,000 people have been baptized as a result.
The key has been in funding local evangelists. Gospel Outreach covers the basic needs of these workers. They then have the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with their own people.
