The March 2011 issue of Adventures in Missions is poignant for us. Only a very few of you have known how the newsletter has been formulated, edited and published. Much of the effort has been performed by our editor, Mary Ellen Schwab. With great patience and complete dedication, she has assembled the paper for the last eight years--more than 90 newsletters. Louise Irene Rea

COLLEGE PLACE, Wash.—Louise Irene Rea, 83, a Gospel Outreach volunteer, died November 30 in College Place, Wash. Born in McMinnville, Oregon, Louise grew up on a farm. She graduated from Walla Walla College in 1951 and received her master’s degree from Central Washington State College. In 1952 she married Bill Rea. In tribute to Marilyn Weis

How do we articulate appreciation for devoted service that has extended for more than a decade? With just words? Hardly adequate, even if we had an entire book.
